  January 2026 Progress Report All progress is noted up until January 31st 2026. Monday 12th January 2026: Progress has been made with a set of customisable railway station name signs. Further progress was made with trial fitting the locations of the local architecture. Tuesday 13th January 2026: Progress has been made with the installation of pavements. This was achieved by using scraps of thick card with a free pattern overlay.  Further development was to install a memorial garden. The cross is a printable card kit. Wednesday 14th January 2026: Installation of a roundabout made the scene achieve a different appearance.  Monday 19th January 2026: A small recreational area. A great location for the local trainspotters to capture the traction from a safe distance! Monday 26th January 2026: This saw a compilation of recent developments. Introduction to Gardner Halt

  Gardner Halt 00 Gauge Layout Welcome to our blog about Gardner Halt 00 Gauge Model Railway Layout. Once an ambition, now a reality; Gardner Halt is a fully fictional layout. The name is derived from the local area that I reside in. We have chosen to base the layout on the 1990's era of Network SouthEast.
